2. Scope of Services
We are engaged in:
▪️Sales, installation, and commissioning of diesel-electric generator sets (gensets);
▪️Power backup and energy management solutions;
▪️Preventive and corrective maintenance of gensets;
▪️Supply of spare parts and accessories;
▪️Related consultation and after-sales services.
▪️All Services are provided subject to availability, technical feasibility, and applicable statutory requirements.
3. Quotations and Orders
▪️All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
▪️Orders must be confirmed in writing or via authorized digital communication.
▪️Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and delivery unless stated otherwise.
▪️The Company reserves the right to revise prices before final acceptance of an order.
4. Payment Terms
▪️Payments are to be made as per the agreed quotation or invoice terms.
▪️Unless otherwise agreed, 50% advance payment is required with the purchase order and balance on delivery or commissioning.
▪️Delayed payments may attract interest as per applicable laws.
▪️Ownership of goods remains with the Company until full payment is received.
5. Delivery and Installation
▪️Delivery schedules are estimates only and subject to factors beyond our control (such as supply chain issues, ▪️transport delays, or government restrictions).
▪️Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
▪️Installation and commissioning will be carried out as per agreed scope, and the customer must ensure site ▪️readiness, accessibility, and necessary infrastructure.
6. Warranty
▪️Warranty for gensets and components will be as per manufacturer’s standard terms.
▪️Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damage due to mishandling, improper installation, power fluctuations, or natural calamities.
▪️The Company’s liability under warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts at its discretion.
7. Service and Maintenance
▪️Preventive maintenance contracts (AMCs) may be entered into separately.
▪️Services are provided on a best-effort basis, and the Company will not be responsible for downtime losses or consequential damages.
8. Limitation of Liability
▪️To the fullest extent permitted by law:
▪️The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or data.
▪️Total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service.

▪️All trademarks, logos, content, and materials on our Website are the property of Aasaan Provisions Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
